Order
- All artworks are sold with frame.
- All orders are fully customised hence quotation for each order varies.
- Up to 2 revisions are allowed on pencil sketch before finalisation.
- No revisions can be made once painting begins, as colours cannot be removed.
- A short message (max 20 words) can be added to the complimentary greeting card.
- Extra charges apply for major changes.
Delivery
- Final price quoted without delivery fees.
- Self-pickup available by appointment/delivery.
- Delivery date/time depends on the courier service.
- Each order takes around 14–21 working days from confirmation to shipment.
Payment
- 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to proceed.
- Full payment is due upon collection or delivery.
