Pricing

• Final price is based on the number of subjects (pax) and the complexity of the illustration background.

• Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

Order Process

• All artworks are fully customised; therefore, quotations vary for each order.

• Clear, high-resolution reference photos must be provided.

• Up to 2 revisions are allowed on the pencil sketch before finalisation.

• No revisions can be made once painting begins, as colours cannot be removed.

• Extra charges will apply for major changes beyond the agreed scope.

Style & Artistic Interpretation

• Artwork will be created in the artist’s signature style.

• Minor variations may occur as part of the artistic process.

Payment

• 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to proceed.

• Full payment is due prior to collection or delivery.

• Each artwork is custom-made and uniquely yours; therefore, it is non-refundable.

Delivery & Timeline

• Each order takes approximately 14–21 working days from confirmation to shipment.

• Final price quoted excludes delivery fees.

• Self-pickup is available by appointment.

• Delivery date and time are subject to courier service schedules.

Final Artwork

• All artworks are sold with a frame.

• A short message (maximum 20 words) can be added to the complimentary greeting card.

Usage Rights

• Artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.

• The artist reserves the right to use the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes.
